For the second day in a row: The discussion committee for graduation projects for participants in the regional training program “Professionalism in Development Project Management” for the Class of 2022 was held: Today, the discussion committee held a meeting for graduation projects submitted by participants in the regional training program “Professionalism in Development Project Management” to complete the requirements for passing the training program. The number of those who submitted their projects to pass the program was 36 participants out of a total of 40 participants from the Arab world. The participants discussed their proposals with a focus on the realism of implementation, funding sources, and measuring impact. It is worth noting that a number of (294) employees working as directors of development projects in the Arab world have applied to register to participate in the program. A number of (40) participants have been selected according to a number of previously announced criteria and according to the results of the interviews that took place immediately after registration. The training program went through seven training levels, with a total of 30 training days. The program aimed to introduce the approaches to administrative processes for managing development projects and the various strategies of civil society organizations for community development, as well as project design steps, methods for designing funding proposals for development projects, financial management for non-financial individuals, methods of monitoring and evaluation of projects, operational planning, and social marketing methods. All of this is within the framework of the requirements for achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
